Service Description

This 3-week class offers a unique opportunity for our students, of any age starting from 13, to design and sew unique ball gowns. Our experienced instructor will guide you through the entire process, from creating your own design, to fabric selection, to embellishments, down to the final stitches, ensuring you have a fun and educational experience while creating a one-of-a-kind ball gown. Your little one is sure to make a statement in their new custom creation! We require a basic knowledge of the sewing before taking this class. Topic include: - Designing and sketching the ball gown - Creating the bodice pattern from scratch - How to measure for custom ball gowns - Drafting and cutting accurately - Sewing the gown - Embellishing the gown Fee covers training and use of our machines. You will need your own tool kit for this class (available in store). You buy your own choice of fabrics and notions but will be guided by the instructor on the right materials to use. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation/Reschedule Policy: Payment validates booking. Your spot is reserved immediately after payment is made. No refunds are offered for sewing classes/camps/workshops. Cancellation received at least two weeks before class gives us the time to transfer your fees to another time slot. Cancellations received less than two weeks before class starts, (or no-shows) may result in forfeiture of fees paid if there are no available spaces for makeup classes. If for reasons beyond our control, we need to cancel a class, we will issue a refund in the manner in which you paid or you can transfer your payment to a future session of your choice. Classes are subject to change or cancellation based on low attendance.
