Service Description

We welcome your teen to join our sewing club! Let us help them hone their skills as they make new creative friends while learning the beautiful art of sewing. Students will learn about seams and stitches, fabrics, patterns, cutting and sewing. Each week, they will be trained in new skills that will help bring their ideas to life. The fee is $80 per month. Students are advised to take all 3 months in the term. After this program, they can move on to the next level in the summer. PROJECTS April Week 1 & 2: Beach Bag with Pockets Week 3 & 4: Hand Embroidery May Week 1 & 2: Bucket Hat Week 3 & 4: Sunglasses Case June Sewing a Beautiful Summer Dress PLEASE NOTE: The fee covers training and use of our sewing machines in the class. Fabrics are NOT included. All fabrics and materials to be used throughout the month will be sent to you via email. You can also pay to be supplied at a discounted rate of $30/month. If you'd like to be supplied, kindly e-transfer $30+tax for each month. This is due by the first class of each month. POLICY ON MISSED CLASSES: Please note that there is no refund for missed classes. Unless it's an emergency, kindly communicate your teen's absence at least a week prior. If there is a spot available in another class, we will offer it to you for make-up. This can only be accommodated once a month. If a non-emergency notice is given less than a week to the missed class, we will not be able to fix a make-up class, unfortunately. Thank you!

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation/Reschedule Policy: Payment validates booking. Your spot is reserved immediately after payment is made. No refunds are offered for sewing classes/camps/workshops. Cancellation received at least two weeks before class gives us the time to transfer your fees to another time slot. Cancellations received less than two weeks before class starts, (or no-shows) may result in forfeiture of fees paid if there are no available spaces for makeup classes. If for reasons beyond our control, we need to cancel a class, we will issue a refund in the manner in which you paid or you can transfer your payment to a future session of your choice. Classes are subject to change or cancellation based on low attendance.
